Its now Sunday the 18th and I my forms are still not working. I have changed the script to form.jotform.com and they don't work. I cannot access the site jotform.com either. I have cleared the cache on my browser completely. This is frustrating, as I am not getting ANY submissions but someone managed to send one, not sure how as nobody else seems to be able to do it. I've tried to access from several different computers. http://www.chryslerclub.org/contact.php this is one that is not working. Ian Smale.

    Please Use Do The Following:

    1. Clear Your Browsing Data And Refresh

    2. Please Re-Embed The Form With Iframe

    3. If Jotform.com Does Not Work After That Use Jotform.net

Please Leave Any Other Questions/Problems In The Forums!

What is iframe??? I have cleared my cache a number of times on both IE and Firefox, then refreshed, re-started and still I CANNOT CONNECT to Jotform. This is getting absolutely ridiculously frustrating. I am getting nowhere and its been since Thursday evening no one can use my forms.

Hi IanHaving just checked the source of the page within which the form is supposed to be embedded, I can assure you there is no way the form will display with the present script code because it contains typos. You have htts://jotform.com/jsform/93413411547 when it should normally be http://form.jotform.com/jsform/93413411547However, for at least the next few days use http://www.jotform.net/jsform/93413411547 until the whole DNS situation stabilizes. For the secure version, https://secure.jotform.com/jsform/93413411547 should work but I'm not certain. Please let us know if you still experience problems after making the correction.Thanks.~ Wayne

Iframe Is Like The HTML/Script Code You Used To Put The Website On Your Website And Jotform.net Works And If Jotform.net And Jotform.com Does Not Work Please Go To JotForm Hosted By Us On:

    Or Try This:

HTTP://WWW.JOTFORMCOMS2.TK (Not This One Is Temporary!!!)

    Hi there,

iFrame defines an inline frame that contains another document, this way, your website's source code will not get mixed up with the form's code. Here is how to get the iframe code, open your form on the Form Builder:

    1. Open "Setup & Embed" tab on toolbar,
    2. Click on "Embed Form"
    3. Click on "iFrame".

You can then copy the code provided by the wizard and paste it on your site. The iFrame code should be something like this one below:

    <iframe allowtransparency="true" src="http://www.jotform.net/form/XXXXXXXXXXX" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:1788px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>

    Hope this helps.

If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us again.

    Wayne,
I have changed the scripts a number of times, and I got my non-secure forms working fine, both on IE and Firefox, but I cannot get the secure forms to display with Firefox.    I have tried all the script options and reloaded it a bunch of times.   With IE it also says there are some insecure items on the page.... never had that happen before, so I have to click on  "show all content"  to get it to display correctly and when I do that the "padlock" disappears from the address bar.      https://www.chryslerclub.org/join.php

    Hi ijsmale,

You can try using https://secure.jotform.com instead of https://form.jotform.com in linking your forms. See if it helps resolving the problem. Please inform us for any updates so that we can assist you further with your issue.

Your patience is greatly appreciated. Thank you for using JotForm.
