I have used your service, which is great, since January of 2009. I have been using the premium service and wanted to switch to the basic service. I deactivated the Plimus account so I would no longer be charged as business has been slow. I tried to change plans, but there was no option to downgrade and I'd still like to use JotForm. Once I canceled with Plimus, the form no longer works. What should I do so I can use the basic service until things pick up?

I was able to check our records and found that you have successfully submitted your subscription cancellation. You will no longer be billed for your JotForm Premium account.
