We are planning to subscribe to your service. However, during this trial we found several occurences where we could not even access your webpage. Was it due to the server maintainance or was it some overloading problem?

Thanks for your message and your plan to upgrade your current JotForm account. The difficulties we had these past few days are isolated cases which very rarely occur. It was unfortunate that you experienced these issues while you're using JotForm, but rest assured that we have arranged additional preventive measures to avoid this from happening again in the future. In fact, we are about to add more data centers to serve as backup in case our main data center goes down for maintenance.
