Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you clarify if you're referring to the Signature field? If so, the Signature field does not have the function to add Carbon Copy because it does not have an email function. You'll need to use Jotform Sign if you would require someone to be CC'd in a document to be signed. If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?

I am! The Signature field with Jotform Sign automation sends the final signed copy with audit trail to the email selected in settings.

It would be great if there was an option to CC another email address there.

I need all the logic and other features available in Jotform Forms when creating documents for signature, but I also need to be able to automatically send the final signed document, with an audit trail, to folks other than the Jotform admin and the signer. Does that make sense?

Thanks for getting back to Jotform. Understood the request crystal clear. I opened a feature request to the Developers' team to make it possible to add CCs on the Signature Element when the Jotform Sign feature was enabled on the form. This will be a great addition to our tools.

We may not provide you with an ETA and when or if it's developed depending on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. As soon as we get an update from them, we will be the ones to reach out.
