I'm trying to upgrade to Premium, but can't...why?

    - I have the Free account at the moment.

    - Getting lots of submissions, so I need to upgrade.

    - When I click on "Upgrade to Premium" it takes me to the pricing page.

    - Then when I click on "Sign Up" for Premium on the pricing page, it takes me back to the 'My Forms' page.

    I just need to upgrade before my submissions run out.

    Hi Josh,

    I tried to replicate the issue you reported but failed to do so. It could be that you were not logged in  when you pressed the Upgrade button in the Pricing Page. Please try again while you're logged in and let us know if it works this time or not.
