    Hi

I have checked out your form building site and it looks excellent.

I am a lawyer and I want my clients to be able to submit data for the creation of legal documents online. Many people that create legal documents online would be repeat users. They would not want to have to input their name and address every time they fill in a new form.

They would just want to log on with a username and password and then have data in certain pre-populate with the data they had entered previously.

Can your form builder do this?

I note that your plans have limits on the number of "sub user" accounts. Would each client of mine that might want to make documents using a web form, who has a separate logon username and password, be counted as a separate "sub-user"? Or is a "sub-user" someone within my organisation who has the authority to create and manage forms internally
    ?

Can I set up the system to send me an e-mail of all the data are entered into a form, immediately after a user submits it, together with a file attachment attaching any documents that the client has uploaded to the form?

Can I configure this to send data submitted to the form directly to a database on my own website, and give me an alert when a form is filled in?

    Hello Stephen,

They would just want to log on with a username and password and then have data in certain pre-populate with the data they had entered previously.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to achieve your requirement. Authentication fors cannot be used in JotForm as it cannot authenticate the user from any data source.

Though you can take advantage of our "URL Parameter" feature to pre-populate your form fields but it is also not possible to read the user's previously entered data as well. .

Since we cannot answer multiple questions in one thread, I have moved rest of your questions to new threads.

    Thank you!
