I am unable to access my account. e.mail address and password are not beyng recognised

    Hi William,

    You can do a password reset by following the screenshot below.

    Click the Log In button and click the Forgot Password option. 

    This will let you fill in the email address you used in registering here in Jotform, you will then receive an email with the instructions on how to do a password reset.
