We do apologize for the inconvenience. We have a limited number of clients that value the potential for a larger file upload size. Thus we highlight the file size limitations in our documentation, as opposed to on the main sign up page. It's not relevant to the vast majority of users, would clutter the page, and changes if systems are being integrated with.
We do appreciate you bringing this to our attention and we'll review the documentation once we are able to fix the 1gb limitation.
