Why do you not disclose the 1gb limit
anywhere on your pricing? Here' one answer: Because you know that people
will not buy your plans! Whats the point of offering 100 to 1000 gigs of
space if my clients can't even submit more than 1gb? I think its pretty
deceptive that you don't disclose this.

We do apologize for the inconvenience. We have a limited number of clients that value the potential for a larger file upload size. Thus we highlight the file size limitations in our documentation, as opposed to on the main sign up page. It's not relevant to the vast majority of users, would clutter the page, and changes if systems are being integrated with.

We do appreciate you bringing this to our attention and we'll review the documentation once we are able to fix the 1gb limitation.
