    Submissions auto responder & email alert

    Hi,

    my customers already submitted their forms but they hv yet to receive any auto responder which I've already set up.. I tried to test my email alerts, but still doesn't work..pls help..

    The URL of the form you've stated seemed to be deleted. In order for us to look into any deeper to your issue, we would need additional details regarding to it (e.g. Form's URL, website's URL where it is embedded, or any screenshots).

    I made a test submission and the auto-response email went to spam folder.

    It probably goes to spam because of the words in your email. Because I tried using a different email sending service to send another submission and that also went into spam. You will need to stay away from any words that might be used on spam messages. For example, your subject can be better. Instead of Dear Customer, you can say Dear {Facebook Name}. (you need to find out the correct tag on the email wizard)

    Hi, I've tried many times changing the subject & also done as u told me to.. but not sure bout finding out the correct tag on the email wizard.. How do i go about it? Pls advice..

    Well, after testing out, notification of customer's submission still goes to spam except for the auto response which goes to inbox. I wish both could go to inbox. I mean, notification goes to my inbox & auto response goes to customer's inbox.. seeking ur help again..Thanks ..

    Hi LaElegancia,

    The tags are arranged according to their sequential order from the form itself. They are also related with their respective field labels from the form which serves as your hint. For example, I have two fields, Name and Email. My Notification Email would be like this one below:
