Hi, its an awesome system however seems to be a fault with the Form Designer.
I set up a form and customised it using the form designer. Everything was working fine but then suddenly stopped working. The custom settings are still in the form designer but are not affecting the form any more.
I notice for example if you change the form font size it changes for a few seconds, then reverts back to as was as ifs not holding the settings.
any support appreciated.

This seems to be an issue with this particular JotForm. As I checked with other JotForms on my account it is working fine and previewing correctly as it should. However, when I cloned your JotForm the Form Designer is reverting the changes in preview. Though the preview is reverting, when the JotForm is saved, the changes made is getting saved which can be view when you are in original form builder.
At this moment, it might be helpful in creating an empty JotForm and transfer the fields of this form to the new empty JotForm by using our Field Manager app.
The newly created JotForm should work with Form Designer normally.

Hi, many thanks for your reply.
I removed the form ref numbers and imported the form structure again in raw HTML, then re-styled it again. Its fine now. Excellent tool but I will report any further bugs in designer mode.
