Getting Submissions at PDF

Completed first form.  Not completely happy with it, but it may have to do.  Once I post it to my website, when the user clicks Submit, I would like it to send me a pdf form of their input.  In other words, I want to receive exactly what they fill out, not just the data.  Please tell me how to do this.

Also, I'm having trouble positioning the elements in the form.  Is there a way to alter the frame size so I can place more items side-by-side?

If we can get this one to work like I need it, I will subscribe to the service.  I have several other online forms.

    Lora,

No answer to my exact question, but I did find response to a similar question.  The answer about receiving the full form with the notification is no.  It did however indicate that the notification can contain the pdf file ID or something like that, which allows you to go to your online jotform account to view the submission, print it, or download it as pdf.  I think???
