Do you want the approval history to appear on your PDF document containing submission data?

If yes, that is possible on the PDF Editor page of your form.

It automatically appears on the PDF. If not you can add it from this option on the PDF Editor:

Thank you, that is a help. My question is where do I find the data for "Approved Amount" entered by the approver in the approval workflow? Once I find it, I want it to reside over the "Approve Amount" field on the pdf.

I have a couple of fields that need data from the Approval Workflow, and I'm not seeing a way to direct them over the top of the pdf.

With respect to your form https://www.jotform.com/form/222907390661054, the Approved amount is a field on the form. You will not find it in the approval flow.

The data from this field automatically populate onto your original PDF once the form is submitted.
