Can the data obtained be filtered for marketing purposes?

    Can the emails we obtain and other fields such as age and sex be filtered and combined easily for marketing purposes?  In other words, are the form fields placed into a spreadsheet where we can match fields with emails?  Thank you.

    Hi,
    Can you receive an alert after a minimum number of people have filled out a form such as when 100 people filled and submitted the form? Is this a feature in the notification section? Thank you.

    Hello,

    Yes, it's possible to configure a notifier to send a notification when you reach a specific number of submissions.

    In order to do it, you need to add a submissions counter widget to your form and then set a conditional notifier by clicking the "Conditions" icon on the top menu bar of the form editor.

    Selecting the "Send an e-mail after submission" option and clicking Next.

    And set the condition. In this case should be something like: If "name_of_your_counter" is equal To 100 then send "your_notifier" to "an_email_address".

    This condition will be activated when the form reaches 100 submissions and a notification will be sent to the entered email address.
