"Form Not Found" this form is disabled.

I crated two forms today:

http://www.jotformz.com/form/42973431662660,, , previously I added a "access key" field but deleted it few minutes later. When I saved the forms and tried to visualise them, an error message appeared  with this message. Pleas Help!!
