Are you still having this issue?
I just checked your JotForm account Lillasbridal
but I did not found any issue and it is currently an Active account and have a lot of quota remaining.
You can check this also when you are logged in at https://www.jotform.com/login and check your profile status
Inform us if there are still issue.
