Next button requires two clicks to get to next page.Asked by drjax on October 26, 2014 at 02:37 AM
I have an 8 page form. All page breaks work perfectly except when I move from the bottom of page "Medical History" page 5 to page 6. First click on Next, nothing happens. If I click it a second time, it moves to next page. Why would that be happening?
I was able to reproduce the issue that you are experiencing with your next button on page 5.
It appears that an error is appearing on the first click, it however immediately disappears and allows the second click to go through.
Once the "required" option is removed from the question "If your child has been psychiatrically hospitalized, please provide the following information:"
Removing the "required" option form the field resolves the issue at this time.
I have passed on this information to our developers for them to look into the current bug. Any update on the issue will be posted in this thread.
Please inform us if you need additional assistance.
