Jotform Approvals - Can I auto approve different outcomes based on a particular answer in the Form?

I've created multiple Email responses to send based on the Outcomes below (view picture)

Is there a way to auto approve the email sent based on the GPA response students select in the Form?

    Hi ducksbbal,

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Although we currently don't offer automatic approval responses as you mentioned, as a workaround, we can use Conditional Branches. Let’s do it step by step:

    1. We add a Conditional Branch as shown below. 1666684052 63579494417f9 ticket1 1 Screenshot 10
    2. We can then add conditions to our Conditional Branch as follows. 1666684081 635794b1d348b ticket1 2 Screenshot 21
    3. After adding conditions according to your situation, you can then connect the outcomes you desire similar to how you do it while using approvals. 1666684130 635794e2a08bb ticket1 3 Screenshot 32

Thank you very much. Your reply with videos snippets helped a bunch.

    1. How do I test that the emails sent function properly based on the conditions?
    2. How do I resend emails to student so that it sends using the updated conditions (the previous email was a generic response)?

    Hello ducksbbal,

Thanks for getting back to us. To test if the Approval Workflow is working, you have to submit a test submission. But before that, change the email recipient with your email address. And to know if you're getting the right email, edit the email subject.
