    Upgraded plan but still unable to login

    we just upgrade the limit until 1000, but we still realise that unable to log in to the page to do the selection.
    May i know how can we solve this problem? we need to your help urgently as our election start today.

    Hi,

    I'm not sure if I understood your concern correctly. But upon checking your account, you are already upgraded to "Premium".

    You can check the account quota or limits here:

     

    If you are unable to log in to your existing account, you can make a "Forgot Password" in the log in page, and it will send you the instructions to how to do a reset password.
