Return to top of form if Submit button is clicked and required fields have not been completed.

Is there a way of configuring the submission process on a form so that if required fields have not been completed and the Submit button is clicked, the browser window will automatically scroll upwards to either the top of the form, or to the first required field that has not been completed?

    Thank you.

    Hi,

At this time, that is not possible to do, but if you take the jotforms source code you could implement this feature yourself.

I will however notify our developers of this as a new feature and they will update you through this thread if it gets integrated into jotforms.

You could however change the CSS code of the missing fields to make the larger, change color and many other ways that would indicate them as required, but not completed.

    Best Regards,
    Ben
