You have two account with the same email address. This could be the reason why you're not getting the reset password email. And there's no account for the email: email@example.com. Would you mind if we will change the email address of the other account to this one? This way, you can reset the password for both the account using a different address. Let us know.
And by the way, did you check your spam folder to see if the reset email is there?
