I am not getting the email for when you forget your password

    Hello,

     

    I just recieved your email for log in information, however it was for tonybfaire@yahoo.com and that is incorrect.  I need to be able to log in at tonyfaire@yahoo.com.

     

    Please resend.

    Hi,

    You have two account with the same email address. This could be the reason why you're not getting the reset password email. And there's no account for the email: tonybfaire@yahoo.com. Would you mind if we will change the email address of the other account to this one? This way, you can reset the password for both the account using a different address. Let us know.

    And by the way, did you check your spam folder to see if the reset email is there?

    Yes you can reset it. I need the access the the other. Try Praise316 it my be the log in name. I really need your help. Thank you in advance.

    Done it! The account with username: Praise316 remain the same with email address: tonyfaire@yahoo.com. The other account: tonybfaire is changed to tonybfaire@yahoo.com. Please try to reset both the account password now.
