Is there a way to import a form from word into Jot Form

I have long application document. I'm wondering if there is a way to import the file and for it to self populate as a Jot form. IN other words I do not want to have to start from scratch. Can I upload the file and have jotform create a form automatically?

You can import the form using a URL, please refer to this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL

But the catch here is that the form needs to be published on a website. In your case you will need to export your form from Word into an HTML file, and then publish it into a website to use the technique described on that guide.
