    My account was suspended for suspected phising, please help!

    Please, I would like you to review the decision of suspending my account. Yesterday 27-10-14, I attempted trying out the import form feature on your platform for the first.

    1. The purpose of importing the form from this link was experimental because it was the first time using that feature on your platform. I just wanted to see how it work having enjoyed using your system to build other forms with success. This is the link I imported the form from https://www.egopay.com/sign-up
    2. The website project am on has no need for username or password. The forms I have designed on my jot form account are contact us form, taxi request form, career form, and some few others or so.
    3. And I haven't even hosted the site am still building it.

    Hi Timothy,

    Yes, your account did get suspended because of the jotform with the password field and several others, titled as EgoPay.

    Please note that collecting passwords is something that we feel strongly against and as such all jotforms collecting such details are subject to being disabled (together with the account).

    I have removed the jotform completely (you need to send it to Trash, then purge from trash as well) and have reactivated your account, but please check out our Terms page.
