Some clients get blank page after submission.

Please try to re-embed your form using our iFrame method: http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code. This should help.
But one more thing, you are using Paypal Pro but your current location is Estonia. Note that Paypal Pro only supports countries like UK, USA and Canada. Is your Paypal account registered through US address?. Otherwise, please use Paypal Standard instead.
