Hi my account says I'm on the free service but I'm sure I pay each month can you check for me please.

The issue happens because you've made the payment and use your email address in the username section instead of your account username. I've manually fixed it for you. But to avoid this problem from happening again, we would need to cancel your subscription then you have to re-upgrade your account. We will give you a link to proceed about this. Let us know if you're available to do it now. We will refund your last charge afterwards.
