Email notifications: At times the emails do not seem to work properly

    This has happened a few times and I'm unsure why.

    Customer fills in form - this one is on and was from Godsafe - when I hit reply in Outlook I find that instead of the email being addressed to the email provided in Jotform it shows in this instance to be going to 'Godsafe' but if I click on thet it's got in the To field. Have used your service for years and this is an uncommon issue?

    I took a look at your email settings and they are not properly set:

    The Sender E-mail field should be set to or your own email if that is what you prefer and the Reply-To email should be set to the field that is filled out by your visitor with their email.

    That would allow you to just click on a reply button and start replaying to their email.
