What happens to the new submissions if we go over the submissions limit for our subscription?

If I used the free service and received more than 100 submissions, would I be notified that we have went over our submission limit and can we then access the extra submissions by signing up to the next pricing tariff or would we loose that info.

    Thanks David

    Hi David,

If you go over the limit for your subscription (no matter what subscription/plan it is) your jotforms are closed down with a message indicating so.

What this means is that once the allocated quota is met no further submissions would be possible.

Before our system disables your jotforms you are however sent notifications that this would happens allowing you to see your options and act based on your preferences (upgrade or leave it as it is).

Do let us know if you have any further questions.

    Best Regards,
    Ben
