To properly install conversion tracking forms we would recommend the following best practices:

•We install the conversion tracking codes to the back end of the "thank you" page that a customer sees after completing a form. The code needs to be installed between the <body></body> tags. Essentially, the codes needs to be placed in this location on the page we would want to track. •If there is a way to create a "thank you" page where we can install the codes, it would help a lot. The other option would be to have the customers be redirected to a "thank you" page on the website where the code could be installed.

This would be the same requirement for any and all contact forms we would wish to track.

Please let me know if additional information is needed.

    Hello,

I would recommend to use a Custom URL for Thank You page so that you can customize it easily where you can put the tracking codes.

Here's a guide on how to redirect thank you page to a custom url. (http://www.jotform.com/help/38-Redirecting-Users-to-a-Different-Page)

You can use the Thank You message on the wizard then you just add the code through html.

We also have apps for Analytics and Reporting. (http://apps.jotform.com/category/analytics_and_reporting)

    Thanks! Hope this helps.
