Finding jotform whose links got removed by our web developer

    I am attempting to recover the links for my forms which I believe were deleted by our web developer, In attempt to do so I have not been successful. I have word press if you can please help me. my phone is 916-422-3991 and emails info@novandental.com

    Hi,

    Do you have any data such as emails that are sent from your jotform or anything else (preferably the jotform URL) and we would be able to find your jotforms for you.
