    Textarea width won't change?

    Asked by Kirsten  on October 29, 2014 at 02:55 PM

    Hi, my form is here

    http://kirstenannphotography.com/contact-new-jersey-photographer/

    I'm using two columns, and no mater if I change it in CSS, the designer, or the regular editor, the width of the textarea box will not exceed the width of the shrunken inputs. I'm trying to get the textarea to be below the name and email and be the full width of the form. Changin the width anywhere does nothing, and it isn't "shrunk" it's fully expanded. I even tried using a text box instead but same problem.

    Hi,

    Please try adding !important at the end of the value, check if that will fix it. So the custom CSS would be:

    .form-textarea {

    width: 800px !important;

    }

    Also, please create an account: http://www.jotform.com/signup/ so we can check your form to our end. We cannot do it when you using a guest account.

    Thank you!
