Can I combine two forms?

What is the easiest way to combine the forms then delete a few lines that may not be needed?

I have two forms on the following pages...

This one will stay on top...

This one will go after the top form.... (less any duplications)

You can use our Field Manager App: http://apps.jotform.com/app/field_manager for combining two forms into one.

But please make sure to keep a backup of your submissions first of the two forms because once you delete a field, that will also delete the data that was submitted to it.
