    502 bad gateway error for Configurable List widget

    Hi,

    I am getting this error while viewing my form (which worked fine until yesterday):

    502 Bad Gateway cloudflare-nginxWhat is causing this, and how can I solve it?You can find the form on http://www.jotformeu.com/lmrttn/ambassadeprijs2014 (second page).The error is triggered by a question which uses a configurable list. Another question with a similar configurable list is working fine.Kind regard, Elmar

    Hi,

    I'm escalating this to our backend team. You have over 2500 characters to the widget and the limit could be the reason or something had been changed to the widget that is causing this. 

    Our developers would update this thread for their finding and resolution.

    Hi Welvin,

    I've tested this and it turns out to be true. Taking out characters get's the widget working.

    I now have a serious problem cause this is a running enquiry for the Dutch government. The widget worked fine for weeks, with data coming in, but now there suddenly seems to be a character limit. Can this limitation be get rid of ASAP?

    Meanwhile I got the widget running by removing some options in the widget. So it's not urgent anymore, but I'm still somewhat displeased as you might understand.

    Hi, all of the 502 gateway error problems for this widget should be fixed. We recently updated our widget core to support longer options/text for this widget. Please confirm if it works from your end otherwise report back so that we can further investigate the problem.
