How to hide the empty Smooth Signature field in email alerts?

    I recently have developed a form which would include in more than one personal info and signatures. I set up a field named "Number of Attendee" and create a condition there if "number of attendee" is greater than "x", x+1 fields will be shown on the form. But the problem is that I have set up a maximum of 5 attendees there, when I submit the form with less than 5 attendees, all the empty signature fields will be shown on the email alerts. By the way, I have checked the "Enable" hide empty field in preference part. Could you please help me out with this situation? I really appreciate if you can provide me a solution or workaround.

    Hi,

    Please create a new notifier and leave it as it is created (do not edit the fields in the body) - you can change the sender details.

    Then you should not get notification including the empty fields.

    As soon as you change the field, it will start sending the fields again.

    Do let us know if it is not working for you even with the new notifier and we will take a look what could be causing that.
