Forms are down already upgraded my account

Hi Wondering how many minutes / hours should i wait to have my form back even if i did a free upgrade

I just checked your account and forms, they seem to be fine.  I've also reset the counter.  Meanwhile, please let us know the order reference number so we can match the order with your form. So far, I'm not able to match your username nor the email address in your account.
