    MailChimp Integration: submitted data is not being captured on MailChimp

    We have the form @ http://form.jotformpro.com/form/43025389960965 connected to MailChimp but info is not getting added to list.

    What are the other forms which you are having problems with?

    First off, I'd like to say that there is nothing wrong with our MailChimp integration. My test forms work well, so we can cross out our integration as the cause of the issue you're experiencing.

    As for the form 'Play List For Life Opt In', I found a couple of problems with your configuration.

    1.  Your 'Email' field is a plain text box, and the 'Name' field is actually an email field.

    This is what's causing the wizard to take the 'Name' field as the MailChimp Email Address field.

    2. You have set the integration to send an opt-in email

    If the user does not 'opt in', they will not be added to the list.

    ----

    Problem number 1 (field switchup) is critical, so I went ahead and fixed it for you. Kindly re-integrate your form to MailChimp to synchronize the submits.

    In the future, please be careful when renaming your fields. An 'Email' field should only be used for email. Likewise with plain text boxes.
