My forms aren't working today?

    I set up a form with Jotform the other day and it was working nicely yesterday, but today I only get connection timeouts ("connection took too long") when submitting my forms. I tried from several PCs and ISPs, and even different cities, and the problem persists. Are you having a general issue?

    Just to clarify, loading the forms is not a problem, but form submission fails.

    It seems the timeouts stopped now, but I still didn't get any email submission yet.

    I am experiencing the same problem with a twist.  My form was not showing up when I logged in to JotForm 15 minues ago.  But now it is showing up but still the form is not being submitted due to a time out....

     

    Not a happy camper here, and I shudder to think how many of my clients that use your service have missed oppotunities. 

     

    Do the best you can JotForm, but understand that I can' overlook a catestrophic problems such as this, as it has so far from my estimates been going on for at least 5 hours.

    Im guessing JotForm is a very small outfit.  Thus when people go home for the evening, no one is following the forum.

    I might have spoken too soon.  Just tested one of my client's forms and it submitted.  Lets hope the service stays up and working.

    For your queries, we're still working on some minor issues which might cause these time outs. However, you can use www.jotform.net to access your account and to link your forms. Also, our developers have already fixed the problem on security certificate of secure.jotform.com and  https://www.jotform.com, thus, you can now use either https://www.jotform.com or secure.jotform.com for your HTTPS/SSL connections.
