Ho do I make my form a non SSL form to allow my 100 submission quota?

I have added a non-secure link to my website but I have just received a notification to say my form has been disabled as I've reached my quota of 10 submissions?

If there is something else that I need to do, could you please let me know ASAP?

    Thanks you!

    Thank you for contacting us.

Your forms will not be blocked since the submissions counter is being reset to zero on the first day of each month (next reset day is Nov 1st, 2014).

However, the regular form might not load on your SSL protected web page in some browsers, since they have a policy to not show 'insecure content' on 'secure page'.

It means that some users will not see the regular form on:

    https://drr1.secure-club.com/pages/page_27939/club-membership-2015.aspx

But it will be fine on:

Please feel free to contact us if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help.
