You must be referring to your Submission Usage which you can see in your My Accounts Monthly Usage page (link: http://www.jotform.com/myaccount/usage)
This is the subscription account Limits.
No, you cannot reset it on your account. BUT take note that this is a monthly usage, meaning the limits resets back to zero(0) every 1st Day of the month.
So, you actually always have fresh new 100 submissions(for FREE account) every month.
