Since yesterday, I have to use Internet explorer instead of Firefox for filling the form because with firefox I had this message : "pdf file extention is not allowed". (?????)
There is the same pb when I try to fill your form on "support forum" with firefox.

I tested your form as standalone but could not recreate the problem you describe. I was able to upload a PDF file on your form without any issues. Kindly check your submissions page to see the file I uploaded.
Do you have the file embedded somewhere, or are you using it as standalone? If embedded, can you give us the URL of the exact page where it is embedded so we can test for ourselves? Also, please test your form now and upload a PDF file. Let us know if the issue still persists.

Thank you for the test. I received your file.
However, I have the same pb when I try to upload a file with the form. I'm using Firefox 7 beta. And it worked very well before yesterday. I don't understand.
My form is not embedded on a webpage. I use it "standalone" if it means that I just give the URL to my customers.

Sorry for the delayed response. Please try using another browser, preferrably a more stable and non-beta one. Beta software are usually ridden with bugs and whatnots, that might the reason why you're experiencing this problem.
If the upload works on different browsers such as Google Chrome and Firefox (6), then there's nothing to worry about. The issue is on Firefox beta's end, not ours.

Oh so goood Thank you very much. It works with Firefox (6).
And sorry for disturbance.
