Hi,
I do apologize, but could you please give us a bit more details?
Are you looking to get a link to your jotform that you would then send to the email of the people that you want to fill out, or are you maybe looking for a way to send an email after filling the form with the link to the jotform?
Also by 'return to me' above, I presume that you mean that you would like the people to go back to your website after they submit the jotform?
Best Regards,

I don't have a website
I just want to distribute a questionnaire to the practitioners in my practice via their email addresses and when they "submit" it see what their responses were.
When I go to my form and go to the embed tab the email icon in the toolbar isn't selectable for some reason.
Thanks for your help
Jane

Hi Jane.
OK, to get the link to your jotform which you can then send in an email you can do this:
Click on the jotform and under more click on View Form option.
This will show you a new window and a link in the address bar to your jotform:
Now paste the link to the email and they will be able to access it and make their responses.
Now there is also another way to get the URL and I will turn to guide here as it will also show you how to make the URL secure (uses SSL submissions): Get embed code for Secure Form
When I go to my form and go to the embed tab the email icon in the toolbar isn't selectable for some reason
Do you mean this email?
If so, please try using a different browser and let us know how it works.
Best Regards,
Ben
