    Unable to find form. Form deleted.

    I'm pretty sure I was logged into my account and I was creating a form. I previewed it and was happy about everything so, without thinking, I closed the tab with the Form Editor. I then wanted to go back, just to double check everything before sending it out and I couldn't find the form in the "My Forms" page.


    I looked the problem up in Google and it seems I'm not the first with this trouble. However, all of the solutions I could find involved the tech team "reinstating" these forms to their owner's accounts. If you could do that again, I'd appreciate it a lot. Or at least point me towards the right direction.

    Hello Becario,

    Are you sure that the form URL you have shared is correct? I did check and it seems the form is already deleted. It is not there in your account or any other account. 

    I did check your account history and found that you have deleted this form and also purged it as well. Please check the screenshot below:

    Please be noted that if you delete a form, it will still be there in your account under trash folder. If you purge it, the form will be deleted permanently and cannot be recovered.

    You will have to create your form again.

    Hello Becario,

    I did check your IP address as well. Do you have one another account with username "gestionculturaluv"? There are 3 forms in this account and one of them was last edited today.
