I set up a form for a client. Then, so that the client could extract the data generated I gave them my JotFrom log in details - username & password.
Some of the time they can access the account. Other times it is coming up with an error:-
"The connection has timed out"
Any ideas why this should be?

Because of the ddos attack we had to change the ip address of our dns.
Over the week we have been making changes to the server this might
have caused the time out you have been experiencing.
We have sorted out this issue and the form builder should be working
