I have tried to connect the Infusionsoft account using our app name and API but it is not working. I keep getting an error message.
"Cannot retrieve user details. Contact Admins."

Please make sure you are using the correct "App Name"
I also will suggest you to ensure the API is correct and then try to integrate your form again with infusionsoft.

I am attempting to use the integration app again and when I select the app name I get a message that say "Cannot Find App"
I have contacted infusionsoft support as well and was not able to get the assistance I need to set this up.

It seems that it is a problem with the App Name being used.
Please do take note on this
Application name is the appname as in appname.infusionsoft.com where you used to login to infusionsoft. Don't know where to find your API keys?
In the log in of the Infusionsoft integration, the first box requires the appname e.g. this is taken from your app URL (appname.infusionsoft.com) then enter the API Key on the second box.
Please do check if carefully if the App Name and API key is valid.

Yes, that is the app name I entered. It is now giving me the error message "Cannot find app" when I try to enter the API. I have copied the API from the settings within Infusionsoft. Now I don't even have the opportunity to enter the API due to the error message.

It has been a week since Jeanette's message was posted saying she forwarded this to engineers and I have yet to be contacted. I need to resolve this or find another forms app to use with infusionsoft.
