Thanks for contacting Jotform Support. Can you please provide more details about your question? If we can get as clear as possible on your use case, this will help us better answer your query.
On the other hand, if you want to populate fields in Cases as well, The Salesforce integration with Jotform does allow the creation of cases and populate fields in Cases. Please check the instructions below.
While integrating SalesForce New integration the second option is to "Select An Object". Here you can write "CASE" and all the available objects related to CASES in SalesForce will appear as you can see below.
In the next step, you can select the fields that you'd like to populate as a result of the Jotform submission.
Then click on Save Action and complete the integration.
Below is the example of submission on SalesForce and you can see the Case with the populated fields.
You can create a new form and test the new integration and see if it fulfills your requirements.
