    Greetings...
    to whom it may concern,

I had a few questions regarding the type of solution you are offering. It might be easier for me to describe what we are trying to do first and then perhaps you can decide if your service falls inline with the requirements.
We are trying to create a customer portal for our B2B customers so that they can fill out an intelligent form that would then email us the details of the filled out form. The other catch to it is we would like our customers to have to log into the portal in order to prevent unauthorized access to it.
    1. would the amount of "registered" users count against the allowed users based on our subscription plan?
    2. can we also add pictures instead of drop down menus regarding the logic based forms?
    3. will the URL of the form be unique or can we embed your form within our existing website?

    thank you in advance

    Hi Chad,

We are trying to create a customer portal for our B2B customers so that they can fill out an intelligent form that would then email us the details of the filled out form.

This is possible with our system by setting notifications and you can set it to send different emails to different parties or send an email based on the user decisions on the jotform.

The other catch to it is we would like our customers to have to log into the portal in order to prevent unauthorized access to it.

Do you mean that you would like to create a login form and have your users log into your portal if the username/password match, based on the entries in the jotform?

    1. would the amount of "registered" users count against the allowed users based on our subscription plan?

I am not sure I understand this part. Can you please give us more details about it? I can only presume that this is related to the question above?

    2. can we also add pictures instead of drop down menus regarding the logic based forms?

I presume that you mean something like this: ddSlick Dropdown

    3. will the URL of the form be unique or can we embed your form within our existing website?

Yes the direct URL is always unique and you can embed it into your website pages. You can see more on this here: Share Forms

Do let us know if you have any further questions.

    Best Regards,
    Ben
