    I tried using the new Beta Designer with an already existing form:  http://form.jotform.us/form/21866580984165

    I cannot fill it out.  Some others have contacted me and they can't fill it out either.  Although, I have received some forms.

    How can I fix this?

    I see you're having an issue with a form that appears to be unusable.

    I checked it for you and found that I'm unable to replicate the same issue after testing this since the jotform submitted fine on my end.

    I've cleared your form caches for you to refresh it. Please also clear your browser caches and try it again on your end.

    I was able to submit the form after clearing my cache, however, I cannot see what I'm typing in the name, email and phone number.  What do I need to do?

    Hi,

    I can see and recreate this issue and will notify our developers about this.

    They will update you through this thread as soon as they have any updates on the issue and how to resolve it.

    Best Regards,
    Ben

    Hi,

    I see that our developers are working on the cause, but I found a way to fix your jotform and have applied the fix to your jotform directly to be able to test if it works on your jotform as well.

    To me it seems to be working, do let us know if you find it that everything is as it should be.

    Best Regards,
    Ben

    Yes, it's working now.  Can you share with me how you fixed it?

    Hi,

    Our colleague Ben have manages to fix the issue by injecting custom CSS codes into your jotform.

    This are the CSS codes he used.

    input.form-textbox, textarea.form-textarea {
    height: 27px !important;
    min-width: 65px;
    padding: 3px !important;
    }

    I have added few other styles to style the rest of the jotform (complete CSS):

    input.form-textbox, textarea.form-textarea {
    height: 27px !important;
    min-width: 65px;
    padding: 3px !important;
    }

    [data-type="control_fullname"] .form-input-wide {
    height: 15px;
    }

    input.mask-phone-number.form-textbox {
    width: 130px;
    }

    #cid_7 {
    height: 100px;
    min-width: 100%;
    width: 100% !important;
    }

    .form-textarea.custom-hint-group.form-custom-hint, .form-textarea.custom-hint-group {
    height: 100%;
    min-height: 100%;
    min-width: 100%;
    width: 100%;
    }

    Hope this help. Inform us if you need further assistance.

    Thanks.
