Im trying to add a payment tool to my form and it keeps saying that I cant add one until I delete the one that is already there.  I never added a payment tool and when I look at the preview of the form there isnt one there.

The form is the T-shirt order form.

    Help,

    Janet

    Hi Janet,

You actually have one Payment tool to the form. The "Order Options" is using our Purchase Order payment tool. You have to remove that if you need to add another.

Im still not understanding.  I need it to give a total and then a button to pay for the order.  Have I done this the wrong way?

Is there a way to talk to someone on the phone?  I need to get this done.

    Thank you,

    Janet

    Hello Janet,

Unfortunately we do not provide phone support.

I need it to give a total and then a button to pay for the order.  Have I done this the wrong way?

Please be noted that you can only have one payment question in your form. I did check your form and it seems you have added "Purchase Order" question which will do all the calculation but not process the payment. You may like to remove the purchase order payment question and add any other like PayPal, stripe or authorize.net payment question. Please check the screenshot below:

Adding any payment question other than purchase order will process the payment. For example: You add a PayPal payment question. When user selects the product and submit the form, he will be redirected to PayPal checkout page to complete the payment.

    Hope this answers your query.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!
