Why does the Thank You Page appear differently

Why does the Thank You Page appear differently on some pages.

I have struggled with this for some time and don't seem to be able to find a satisfactory answer any where on the forum. I have altered the height of the form (with various sizes) and nothing seems to affect the TYP. Is there a way to alter the height of the TYP independently of the Form?

The TYP does seem to come up OK if I use the Default one but I would like to have some of the Form information included so I use the "Thank You message After form submission, show a message" Option.

    Hi,

Please try to get your form iFrame codes again, but this time, don't modify the height. On this page: http://www.mgcaledonian.com/august-amble-2014-form/, it seems like you've modified the iframe with some other styles. Doing so would fix it.

    Thank you!

And I think you mean, the top part of your website is also not visible? The top where the logo and navigation are placed. Am I right? If so, unfortunately, the form will present the thank you message based on its location. It won't appear based on the website properties.

    Thank you!

Yes that is all very well but from time to time the text of the TYP is not visible at all and to see it you have to scroll up that does not seem right. I am sure that all this worked properly before. I have done so many things to try and correct this, one of them being to get the code again as it is and paste it in, but I am sure that did not work either. I'll do it again though.

As far as I can see there is some relationship between the form and the TYP.

Would it be that I have cloned a long form and deleted some of the fields and used the same TYP.

I might be forced to go to a Custom URL but  would I have a  means of personalising for each submission i.e. "William Scott your booking has been received for the Outer Space Trip"? Your going to tell me different aren't you !!

I found one TYP that gave the result I wanted and I copied the HTML code into a new TYP and it all seems to work now.

    How weird is that

    topic closed I hope!!
