I have set up a number of repeat prescription forms using your wonderful jotforms for veterinary practices. I have had a few instances where the client has filled out the form to order their valuable pet it's favourite pet food or medicine; only to have to then put in 'poison' as one of the captcha terms!! Are you able to please delete this as a captcha word?
Thank you
Arielle

Hi Arielle,
The Captcha words are system generated. So, we do not really have control on what word will be used since there is randomness involved as part of its algorithm.
I suggest you also review this user guide http://www.jotform.com/help/205-How-to-Add-a-Captcha
As you can see on the user guide, the main purpose of the Captcha field being on the form is to prevent spam submissions and spambots. But our back-end system also already have anti-spam protection, which should also be enough to prevent spammers and spam submissions affecting the jotform.
I can assure you that you can also get away with using your form even without the Captcha field on it.
Hope this help. Inform us if you need further assistance.
Thanks.
