I never received a respond to my request for a cancellation

    A few weeks ago I submitted a request last month for a cancellation of my paid subscription and a refund of the previous month's charge. I did not have the traffic I originally anticipated. Now I've been charged for another month. I am requesting a refund of both month's.

    Hi,

    I can't seem to find that request. Did you email us about it or did you do post it to this support forum? Do you have the link of it?

    We can send you the refund for the last month charge, but we need to know the request. Otherwise, we can only refund your last payment which I have now requested to our billing department.

    You can also cancel the subscription to your Paypal Account, please follow these steps:

    1. Log into your PayPal account

    2. Find the latest payment you made to us

    3. Click on your subscription number (S-4AP86540AS974380X)

    4. Click on "Cancel Subscription" button.

    When you cancel your subscription you will not be charged again, but your account will stay Premium until the time you have paid for expires.

    I posted it to the forum as a private message because I couldn't find a support email. I found
    the cancel subscription button today, so I automatically downgraded myself
    (I didn't know it was possible before).
    It should be noted that I do like JotForm, and have no problems with your
    service or product. I just didn't need the premium service as anticipated.

    Unfortunately, I can't find it. We have a tool to check for user's thread, but the result is showing the threads related to Stripe and uploading PDF only.

    For subscription that is paid through Paypal, we will automatically receive an email when you click Cancel Subscription from the Account - Billing area. As soon as we receive it, we will send a request to our billing department stating that you want to cancel your subscription. Unfortunately, I don't find a request from your account for the past weeks. We only received your request that was submitted 17 hours ago.

    A refund request for this month charge is already created. Again, expect the refund within one to two weeks.
