I am trying to use a form to set up a store/private biutique. I want to try to arrange it so once someone fills out the form and complete a purchase with an e-mail address, that e-mail address cannot be used again to make a purchase. Does that make sense? Please respond at your earliest convenience, and let me know if you need any further explanation or detail. Thank you for your time.

To further explain after more research, this has to do with unique submission. If it goes by cookie or IP address, then 2 different people could not submit the same form from the same computer. So can unique submission utilize their e-mail address or something?

We're sorry but at this time you cannot restrict an email address to one submission. Like what you already discovered, you can only restrict IP addresses.
Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns. Thank you for using JotForm!
